Terms of Service

1. About the service
ScenKlipp.se ("the Service") is operated by Perseus Technology, based in Sweden and fully Swedish-owned. The Service offers AI-generated video clips based on user text descriptions. By registering an account and using the Service, you accept these terms in their entirety.
2. Swedish law applies
The Service is governed by Swedish law. All disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts. Use of the Service implies acceptance of this jurisdiction regardless of your geographic location.
3. Prohibited content and use
It is strictly prohibited to use ScenKlipp to create, attempt to create, or distribute content that:
- Violates Swedish law, including but not limited to the Swedish Penal Code.
- Constitutes or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Constitutes incitement to hatred, hate content, or incitement to violence.
- Constitutes defamation, unlawful threats, harassment, or stalking.
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Is intended for fraud, deception, or identity theft.
- Creates deepfakes or manipulated material of real persons without consent.
4. Abuse of the service
The following behaviours constitute abuse and will result in immediate suspension:
- Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access — to systems, databases, other users' accounts, or internal infrastructure.
- Parameter tampering — manipulation of API calls, form data, cookies, or URL parameters to bypass controls, alter prices, or gain unauthorized access.
- Prompt injection — attempts to manipulate the AI system by injecting instructions designed to bypass safety filters or generate prohibited content.
- Automated scanning or fuzzing — use of tools to systematically test the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or suspensions.
- Denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS) or other actions aimed at disrupting the Service.
5. Cooperation with authorities
In the event of suspected criminal activity, Perseus Technology cooperates fully with Swedish police, prosecution authorities, and other competent authorities.
All generation requests, login attempts, and user actions are logged with IP address, timestamp, and technical information. This data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities in accordance with Swedish law.
6. Right to suspend users
Perseus Technology reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice that:
- Violate these Terms of Service.
- Violate Swedish law.
- Abuse the Service as described above.
- Behave in a manner deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Service, its users, or its reputation.
Upon suspension, the user is notified by email with the reason. Any remaining credits may be forfeited in cases of terms violation.
7. Credits and payment
- Credits are a virtual currency used to generate video clips.
- Credits are refunded if video generation fails due to technical errors.
- Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable.
- The membership fee (subscription) is charged monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
8. Ownership of generated content
Video clips generated via ScenKlipp belong to the user. Perseus Technology retains no ownership of generated material. However, the user bears full responsibility for how the generated material is used and distributed.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Perseus Technology is not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated material, service interruptions, or incorrect video generation.
