1. About ScenKlipp

ScenKlipp.se is operated by Perseus Technology, based in Sweden and fully Swedish-owned. The service is developed, hosted, and administered in Sweden by a Swedish developer. We take your privacy and data security very seriously.

All infrastructure is located on Swedish servers. Swedish law applies in full to all aspects of the service.

2. What data we collect

Account data: Email address and password (encrypted with bcrypt).
User content: The text descriptions (prompts) and parameters you provide when creating video clips, as well as any reference images you upload.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps. These are logged for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Payment data: Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
Generate video clips based on your descriptions.
Manage your account, credits, and payments.
Ensure the security of the service and prevent abuse.

4. Third-party data sharing — xAI (Grok)

To generate video clips, we use an AI service provided by xAI Corp. (the creators of Grok). The following data is shared with xAI as a data processor:

The text description (prompt) you provide.
The style parameters you select (style, mood, format, resolution).
Any reference image you upload.

We never share your personal data (email, IP address, payment information) with xAI or any other third party.

xAI processes this data in accordance with their terms of service. We have no agreement for further sharing with other providers.

5. We do not share data with others

Apart from xAI (see above), we do not share your personal data with any other companies, advertisers, analytics tools, or third parties. We use no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, and no advertising.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

Access your data: Download all your data via GDPR export when logged in.
Request deletion: Request that your account and all associated data be deleted.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Object to processing.

7. Storage and security

All data is stored on servers in Sweden.
Passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt) — we can never read your password.
All traffic is protected with TLS 1.3 with quantum-resistant encryption.
Generated video clips are stored for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
All user actions are logged with IP address for security purposes.

8. Swedish law and illegal content

Swedish law applies in full to the generation of video content via ScenKlipp. It is prohibited to use the service to create illegal content, including but not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material.
Incitement to hatred or hate content.
Defamation, unlawful threats, or other criminal material.
Copyright-infringing material.

In the event of suspected illegal content, we cooperate fully with Swedish police and prosecution authorities. All generation requests are logged.
